MV Agusta to have new UK distributor
Friday 7th December 2007
Three Cross Motorcycles are to transfer UK distribution of Cagiva and MV Agusta motorcycles to Moto GB Ltd with effect from 1st January 2008.
Three Cross Imports division have taken this decision to allow them to concentrate on their successful range of Peugeot Scooters (expanded to include machines of up to 500cc), with key new model launches due in the New Year.
Moto GB currently distribute Benelli motorcycles in the UK and Three Cross believes that the prestigious Cagiva and MV brands will sit comfortably alongside this Italian marque.
"We're passionate about Italian motorcycles and MV Agusta & Cagiva will dove-tail perfectly with our existing Benelli operation." comments Glynn Fisher of Moto GB. "We're very excited about this opportunity, which will enable us to offer our customers more choice and will take our business to the next level."
Parts and warranty support will also be transferred to Moto GB, so owners will be assured of continuity of support.
"Our relationship with the MV factory goes back over two decades and this has been a tough decision to make", comments Richard Davies, Sales Director at Three Cross. "However we will continue as an MV Agusta and Cagiva retail dealer at our Dorset-based Italian centre".
