The 2008 Honda CBF 600

The styling of the unfaired 2008 Honda CBF 600 and the faired 2008 Honda CBF 600S stay true to the original motorcycles launched in 2004; but almost everything else is new.
The engine (taken from the Honda CBR 600RR and CB 600F Hornet), is lighter, smaller, and tuned for stronger low and mid-range.
The chasis (inspired by the Honda Hornet), is made from the innovative cast aluminium Mono-backbone frame and has been adapted to the more relaxed riding position of the 2008 Honda CBF 600 and CBF 600S.
With an expected OTR price of £5399 (to be confirmed), there is nothing to criticise the new Honda CBF 600. It will feel more than powerful enough to a new rider; but it may just feel a wee bit uninspirational to those with more experience.
